City of (Lost) Streams at Connected by Nature

Philadelphia's historic streams

There’s an excellent blog post over at Connected by Nature called City of (Lost) Streams. It’s a great introduction to daylighting and reconnecting with historic streams in one’s area (for Southern California folk , also check out our page Find a former waterway or wetland near you.) I’m of course happy about the author’s prominent praise of Jessica’s and my work here at L.A. Creek Freak, but in addition to Los Angeles, the article also touches on lost streams in New York City, Philadelphia, Seoul, and elsewhere. It’s got plenty of good quotes links and images. Worth a read.
